The Youth Culture and Human Dignity Initiative is an NGO registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria; We hold the rare attribute of initiating and organizing Nigeria’s first ever Music Video Awards (NMVA) in 2007, a program that has held annually at the Eko Hotels, Lagos. Also very notable of our production is the annual Peace Icons/Violence-free World Initiative. Our trustee members are drawn from the field of academia, law, cultural activism and media. The NGO is led by Mr. Cally Ikpe veteran broadcaster of repute and culture activist. He holds an MSc in Media and Communication from the Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos and presently a doctoral student, researching on the culture of violence from the same institute.

Redirecting the mindsets of youths towards more beneficial ventures is at the core of our ideals as enunciated in our program, Road to a Violence-free Nigeria Initiative. Being a neutral and an independent body, with a pedigree of an enduring relationship with the youth population through our educational and entertainment programs, spanning over a decade, we are in a good position to communicate the genuine hope for a peaceful and prosperous Nigeria as held by the Government. We accordingly hope to point at existing and potential opportunities to which participants may leverage on in the course of the program.

Love Idoko


Love Idoko is an acclaimed Success Activator. A successful Media Consultant, and an internationally Certified Events Planner, she is also a professional motivational speaker, publisher and Life Coach. She was born into the family of the Late Hon. Justice Alhassan Idoko and Evang. Lydia Idoko. She authored her first book “Celebrating Change” at the age of 17. She publishes the quarterly magazine, Motivation Magazine. Miss Idoko graduated from the Kogi State University, earning a B.Sc. degree in microbiology. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, U.K. She believes in affecting lives positively through her numerous charity outreach programmes for the less privileged. She is the CEO of D.R.E.A.M.S Pointer Int’l Ltd, owners of The Dream Event Center.

In May 2018, through her Activate Success Int'l foundation, she hosted her first INSPIRE THE LADY PROJECT with over 300 Women in attendance where nine women were supported with start-up grants for their business. She recently flagged off the "YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME (YEEP) where she has been inspiring and empowering Youth Corp members alongside other Young professionals and Celebrities in selected states of the Federation. Love Idoko presently anchors the television programme, Activating Success on AIT network in Nigeria.
